When you submit an enquiry via our website, we ask you for your name, contact telephone number and email address, as well as the request details.

In our efforts to constantly enhance our online services, we have begun with the implementation of Facebook Pixels linking Facebook to our UFICO website. This will allow us to gather relevant data that will enable us to enhance our services. The data that will be gathered will be:

  • Pixel-specific Data – Includes Pixel ID and the Facebook Cookie.
  • Button Click Data – Includes any buttons clicked by the site visitors and any pages visited as a result of the button clicks.
  • Optional Values – Examples include custom data events, page types and more.
  • Form Field Names – Examples Include website field names such as emails and addresses.

 

How do we safeguard your personal data

UFICO maintains safeguards which include technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data (PII) from loss, misuse, unauthorized use, access, inadvertent disclosure, alteration, and destruction during storage, processing and transmitting, and we require the third parties we contract with to support UFICO business operations to employ reasonable security measures as well.

We update and test security on an ongoing basis and restrict access to your personal data (PII) to only those who need to know in order to provide UFICO products, content or services to you.

We may store your personal data (PII) using UFICO own secure on-premises servers or other internally hosted technology. Your personal data (PII) may also be stored by third parties, via cloud services or other technology, to whom UFICO has contracted with, to support UFICO business operations.
